I've been asked a lot in the past if I do newborn sessions and the answer was always "no". If you're looking for super posed newborn photos where the baby is sitting in weird positions with crazy props and backdrops ect., then the answer is still "no". That's not my thing. But I decided this year to start taking on lifestyle newborn sessions. Lifestyle newborn sessions are like a documentary style in-home session just documenting life with your new baby. It's very laid back and very "un-posed". I also do maternity sessions and Fresh 48 sessions!
I could not have been more excited to be reunited with Liz & Dale (I photographed their wedding back in 2017) and meet their newest addition to the family, their sweet baby girl Luna. Luna was a little shy in front of the camera at first but after she got used to it she was hamming it for me! Her Pinterest worthy nursery was decorated beautifully with some Harry Potter touches around the room, a tribute to her parent's love of Harry Potter. I was honored to be able to photograph Liz & Dale again and their adorable little family!
